Is your furniture made in Australia?

Yes! We can proudly say that our furniture is 100% made in Australia. All materials are purchased through Australian suppliers, and your product is machined and assembled here in Australia. We have a manufacturing facility in Edwardstown, South Australia and employ a team of qualified Cabinet Makers.

The 'Australian Made' logo featured on our website is indicative of our Australian Made guarantee. 

We believe in Australian manufacturing and hope you will support this industry too! 

 Why is there a variance in colour in my furniture? 

Our furniture is made with high quality birch plywood. This is a natural timber product. As such there will always be a slight variation in the colour and grain in the timber. This is the beauty of working with timber - we create with what nature provides to us. 

I would like to place a bulk order for furniture. Can I have a discount?

Absolutely! Please fill in our Quotation Request Form and email it through to us. We will review your order and let you know what discount applies. We consider an order of fifteen or more items to be a bulk order.

I would like furniture delivered outside of South Australia - is that an option?

Sure is! Please Contact Us with the items and quantities that you would like to order. We will get back to you with a quotation for interstate freight charges based on your order.

The freight charges seem high for the products I have selected - can these be reduced?

As our products arrive fully assembled and are made from quality solid plywood, they are not lightweight and are bulky items to freight. Unfortunately this is why the freight charges can seem high. We do offer the option to DIY Collect to eliminate the freight charges altogether. Our factory is located in Edwardstown South Australia for the DIY Collect customers.

Alternatively, if you are placing a bulk order of more than fifteen items, please Contact Us for a discounted freight quotation. 

When will my order arrive or be ready for DIY Collect?

We require a minimum of ten business days from receipt of payment to manufacture your order. Please be aware that as we make to order, this time frame may alter depending on the size or time of year you order. You are welcome to send us an email with your order requirements to get an idea of delivery time prior to ordering if you wish.

We recommend you place your order as early as possible, and request a later delivery date if you need. We are happy to work around our customers delivery requirements where possible!

Dispatch will happen immediately post production, and arrival times will depend on your location. You are welcome to contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.

DIY customers will be notified of available collection times when the manufacturing process is complete.

For bulk orders we may require longer for production. In this event, we will contact you as soon as your order is received to notify you of the production time frame. If the revised delivery time does not suit, you will be offered an immediate refund on your order.

Please be aware that customised chairs will have a longer lead time. You will be advised of this when your order is processed and notified of the expected time of arrival.

My Centre / School is currently under construction and I need to arrange for delivery at a later date. Is that possible?

Absolutely! Please advise in the 'special conditions' section of your sales cart when you would like your items delivered. We will contact you if there are any issues with your requested delivery date and time. Please be aware that deliveries are only made Mon-Fri during business hours. 

Do you have a minimum order?

You are welcome to order one item if that is all you require!

Please be aware that our customised chairs do have a minimum order quantity of ten - unless they are ordered as part of a Corporate Kids Corner set. 

I like the design of your furniture, but I would like it in a different colour - is that an option?

Yes! The plywood can be stained darker or lighter and we can possibly colour match if you are able to provide a sample of the colour you like. 

Please be aware that charges apply for custom colour orders.

I am looking for a particular item but you don't seem to stock it?

Please Contact Us and we can provide you with a quotation for a custom item. We are always adding to our range so if you have a suggestion for a new product we would love to hear it! 

We are a business and would like to order the Corporate Kids set for multiple sites. Can you provide a quotation for freighting to multiple location?

No problem! Please Contact Us with your delivery locations and quantities and we will get back to you with a quotation.

I would like to use the custom logo option on my chairs. What format do you require my logo to be in?

Logos must be submitted in Vector format (This can be given as a PDF, .ai file, and .eps file).

I can't see a way to upload my logo through your site for my chairs?

When you place your order and select 'YES' to customised chairs, your order will come straight to us and we will contact you directly for your logo prior to proceeding with your order.

Do I have to pay at the time of ordering or can I pay on delivery?

As our products are made to order, we do require payment in full at the time of order.

Do you price match?

It is difficult to price match as we only sell our own custom made furniture items. The quality of our materials and products is second to none.

We are confident that when you receive your Australian Children's Furniture items you will see the value in the quality of the product. 

We do however like to remain competitive, so please feel free to Contact Us if you would like to discuss pricing.

I have placed an order. How do I know you have received it?

If you do not receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed, there may have been a technical issue with the website. Please Contact Us as soon as possible in this event.

I have contacted you via email but have not had a reply...

If you have not had a response from our team after 24 hours of contacting us, please contact us again as your correspondence may not have been received.
